June Daniel is an experienced corporate and transactional attorney, and has worked with Mayer Brown in Chicago, Hinckley Allen in Providence, and Greenberg Traurig in Boston.
June has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, finance and investments, banking and commercial lending, leasing and procurement, employment laws and fiduciary activities, and equity holder disputes. She is highly skilled at managing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of complex business collaboration and transactional arrangements, including investment transactions, shareholder agreements, commercial funding arrangements, real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing, employment-related documents, and joint venture instruments. She has also acted as an advisor to a variety of business clients in business management and transactional matters, including strategic planning, corporate formations, small business exit planning, and deal-structuring.
In service to her community, June was the Executive Director for an education research laboratory at Harvard University, and represented the Providence Public School Board and School Department as a Senior Assistant City Solicitor. June is on the Continuing Legal Education and Annual Meeting Committees of the Rhode Island Bar Association. June is the chair of the board of directors of the Montessori Children’s House, Inc. June has also served on the boards of, and acted as pro bono counsel to, a number of local non-profit organizations. She is an Adjunct Professor at Roger Williams University, Gabelli School of Business, where she teaches negotiations and business law.
June graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago. June is licensed to practice law in the States of Illinois, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
